We may provide updates, upgrades, or enhancements to the Software from time to time. You agree that these updates are subject to these Terms.

We are bound to provide you access to the software and its features till the Validity of Subscription. But for some unavoidable circumstances we may terminate your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Incase if termination is for longer period of more than 6 months we will we will refund on basis of prorata of the licence purchase cost.
