These Digital License Delivery Terms ("Terms") outline the process and conditions for the delivery of digital licenses by 3F Magnus Tech Pvt Ltd to the purchaser ("you" or "your") through email.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our antivirus software ("Software") operated by 3F Magnus Tech Pvt Ltd.:
Upon successful completion of your purchase of a digital license, we will deliver the license key or activation code ("License") to the email address provided during the checkout process.
3.1. Instant Delivery: In most cases, the digital license will be delivered to your email address within 15 mins after your payment has been confirmed. However, there may be occasional delays due to technical issues or the need for manual verification.
3.2. Business Hours: Our digital license delivery operates during our regular business hours 10.00 am to 7pm ISD. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Upon successful delivery of the digital license to your email address, you will receive an email notification confirming the delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid and accurate email address to receive this confirmation.

In the event that you do not receive the digital license delivery email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your email spam folder or junk mail. If the delivery email is not found, contact our customer support team with your order details to request a resend.
As digital licenses are delivered instantly via email, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations for completed purchases. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our refund policy.
